'Prima kamers, wat verouderd, maar schoon en ruim. Bezochten de White Mountains in de herfst: veel hotels, restaurants en winkels zijn gesloten. Behalve de ontzettend mooie natuur was er dan ook weinig te beleven.'

'The only positive aspect of our stay was the activities included with the resort. Unfortunately, we were never informed about them in advance, so we had already planned our day and couldn’t really take advantage of them. Our room on the first floor was very outdated. The sink and vanity countertop still had hair from previous guests, the vanity mirror was covered with splashes, and the side of the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. 'Great and helpful staff, very welcoming and freindly. Breakfast was great. I loved the location. The property itself is very outdated for the price I paid, the room had a smell, probably from the old carpet and the old sofa bed. We couldn't use one of the showers and the water pressure was low on the other one. Need some TLC.'

Breakfast was laughable - powdered eggs and tater tots on week ends, with two choices of dry cereal - one looked like an assortment of left overs - Cheerios and lucky charms? Coffee but no OJ - pink lemonade dispensed in the OJ dispenser. There was yogurt and make your own waffles. But again, clean...

'This hotel is expensive for what it is. The rooms are bare bones and run down. Cobwebs in the bathroom, bathroom door hard to close, and some of the outlets do not work. On the plus side, the jacuzzi was nice, the water pressure was good for showers, good location, and they had a small breakfast.'

'Very quiet corner of Bartlett. Excellent staff, rooms were excellent. Kids loved the pool, I loved the outdoor fire pit. Lots of board games in the common room for the whole family, and the coffee bar was well stocked. We will definitely be staying here again.'
