'The cleanliness was questionable, as I noticed several strands of hair on the bathroom sink and in the bathtub upon arrival. Unfortunately, our air conditioning stopped working on the second night of our stay. We were informed that no other rooms were available and that maintenance was unavailable at the time, leaving us to endure an uncomfortable night until the issue could be addressed the following day. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and one of the better aspects of our stay....

'Net en fijn hotel. Zoals aangegeven iets kleins bij de koffie sochtens geen uitgebreid ontbijt maar dit staat ook aangegeven. Alles was netjes en schoon en tussen door ook nog alles schoongemaakt en verschoont dit vroegen zij zelf of ik dit wou. Prima om een paar dagen te overnachten als je zelf gewoon op pad gaat. '

'It is definitely a get what you pay for hotel. Random stuff in the room was falling apart like the dresser, the beds felt like sleeping on cardboard, you only get two flat pillows per bed. We spilled some water on the ground and used our hotel towels to soak it up and when we picked the towels back up, they were completely brown. The location is nice because of how close to everything it is. Internet doesn’t like to connect sometimes and will also tell you that you have too many devices on it....

'The hotel was just deplorable. The entire floor spelled of pot. The ac unit fell off the wall and I had to prop a chair against it to hold it up. You could visualize the outside from the inside of the ac unit. The sink was stopped up and no maintenance was on the premise to fix it. They asked if we wanted a refund, which we did then the manager would not authorize Expedia to issue the refund. The manager laughed at us then hide in the back room. The hotel had one working elevator which...

'Positives: 1) Check-in attendee was excellent on May 26, 2026 @ 7pm. 2) Location was good for easy highway access. Negatives: 1) Toilet would not flush/fill up automatically. Had to take off tank lid and manually adjust. 2) Bathtub had about 10 long black hairs. 3) Three out of four accent lights had burned out light bulbs. 4) In the morning, woke up to flying ants crawling on the bed. Opened the curtains and the window ledge was crawling with them and small ants.'

'Even though room was dated, it was clean. Elevator was not working and I saw elderly guests struggle on stairs. Front desk attendant was nice, good. Air conditioner worked well in room but not in hallway'

'Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Early check in and late check out, prompt when I needed things replinshed, and friendly.'

'Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner.'

'Paid for a room I didn’t even check into . Staff was rude. Didnt have the room I reserved when getting to the motel. Property looked torn up, and felt so uncomfortable I left with out checking into the room'
