'The pictures of course are pristine and make everything seem 3x the size it really is. The rooms are a tight fit when the sofa beds out ( highly uncomfortable btw even for my 4 yo). The pool is 25 ppl max ( that would be a VERY uncomfortable pool). Lots of stains on furniture even in the lobby. Our room had crumbs on the bedside table, sticky/dirt on linoleum, sauce on the wall. I had higher expectations with other reviews read and then of course their own pictures but it was 'ehh'. Not sure if...

'The whole hotel is nasty. They have homeless people staying there. Dogs staying there. It stinks in there we did we checked in and we checked right out and lost our money because they wouldn’t refund us because we went to Expedia. Please do not book this hotel ever and Expedia needs to get it off of their website.'

'The only thing I encountered was the public elevators were down for maintainance so they guided us to the freight elevator. All went well with it and i had no trouble getting around. A creative solution. Very pleasant stay.'

'The area around the hotel property seems a bit "sketchy" but there is a high iron fence all around the property with one entry/exit so it's easy for staff to monitor who coming and going. '

'Pros: Great location to The King of Clubs venue Big room Full sized fridge and microwave Kitchen area was great Great TV Sparkling clean room No Carpet Cons: Booked using Expedia and paid in full which should have made it a hassle free check-in. Front desk clerk asked me for payment I said I paid in full. she said they don't have payment. I had to pull up the app, find my receipt and then hand her my phone for her to see, then see sat there and scrolled on her computer some more and said, well...

'Net en fijn hotel. Zoals aangegeven iets kleins bij de koffie sochtens geen uitgebreid ontbijt maar dit staat ook aangegeven. Alles was netjes en schoon en tussen door ook nog alles schoongemaakt en verschoont dit vroegen zij zelf of ik dit wou. Prima om een paar dagen te overnachten als je zelf gewoon op pad gaat. '

'Good hotel where I have stayed during previous visits to Columbus. Great staff, check in was quick and easy. They get busy on weekends and your chance of having to deal with noise is increased. First night I had loud neighbors drinking and partying in their room very late. Second night they were gone and it was nice and quiet. Good location on the north side, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.'

'Air condition worked fine. The room smelled bad/ Bathroom floor was dirty and not freshly cleaned. No proper locks on doors. Only one entrance is allowed to be used in the whole motel for entry. Not to mention in a dangerous area of Columbus. DO NOT STAY HERE. '

'This place was filthy, the breakfast was just butter biscuits, the property around was dirty as well. We were moved to this hotel after our original room was given up by Expedia. I would not recommend staying here to anyone! Let’s not mention someone literally died here the night we stayed. There was a shooting outside our room and the victim unfortunately died. I did not feel safe here. It was a rough weekend to get through. '

'Terrible service. We paid a premium expecting a breakfast like the one shown on their website. When I went to inquire about it, a man started shouting at me, claiming I was lying and that I must have been looking at photos of a different hotel—not that one. I pointed out how illogical that was: why would I look at photos, make a reservation, and spend the night at a hotel if the pictures on the website actually belonged to a different place? It was ridiculous. And that wasn't even the worst...
