'Net en fijn hotel. Zoals aangegeven iets kleins bij de koffie sochtens geen uitgebreid ontbijt maar dit staat ook aangegeven. Alles was netjes en schoon en tussen door ook nog alles schoongemaakt en verschoont dit vroegen zij zelf of ik dit wou. Prima om een paar dagen te overnachten als je zelf gewoon op pad gaat. '

'The pictures made the property look clean and well maintained. The hotel was very worn and dirty. Lots of trash in parking lot. Our toliet was not cleaned. I would not recommend.'

'Lobby wreaked of smoke, walls in the hotel and in our room were stained and dirty. Room had black mold, and rust in the bathroom. The wallpaper was peeling, stains on the ceiling, my sheets had stains. The fridge smelled and had rotten food in it. No ceiling fan in the bathroom, hook on the back of the door was broken off so no no place to hang towels or clothes. Just gross, dirtty, smells and is old. Would never stay again or recommend. Needs condemned or completely gutted and renovated.'

'Good place, quiet'

'Nice'

'The pool was not open which is the reason I booked this hotel staff was basically like it’s nothing they can do or I couldn’t get my money back so it was oh well after driving 2 1/2 hours there hotel was dirty out dated no breakfast was available but the website stated that they have food and drinks they didn’t have neither everyone was rude room smelled really bad saw roaches in the room was very unhappy with my stay at this property and feel like I should have been refunded my money for this...

'Staff very nice and helpful. There's definitely some areas that need to be cleaned and paid attention to better. All in all we had a good stay, felt safe, slept well.'

'Was goed'

'Evertything about this hotel Wyndham Hawthorn Extended Stay in Columbus was terrible., Nothing like the photos they list on the web site. Did not even stay the night it was so dirty'

'The heat was not working the room was cold. We stayed for a week they never came to clean the room or change towels. First day we came from the airport exhausted at 1:00 pm we have a toddler they didn’t even offer us a chair and we were standing there until 3:00 pm'
