'It was all very good and helpful'

'The log cabin was perfect except for 3 things. Being November the heating could have been switched on before our arrival to take the chill off the room. And instructions for how to set it up would have been nice so we didnt have to google the manufactures website to set it up for our stay. Also clear instructions on the way to get the best from the shower would be helpful. The room was clean and adequate for what we required. 'The rooms were very inexpensive. They were very small. But clean and the beds were a lot more comfortable than most of the beds I’m finding in the UK. The bathrooms and kitchen were meticulously clean and organized. The kitchen had and oven, stove, microwave, coffee makers and every utensil, pot, pan, or sheet I’d need to cook. The only down side is there’s no plates, bowls to put my food in. I had to eat the food out of the pans I cooked them in. And the can opener doesn’t work. But those are...

'We stayed at the hotel for one night before a trip to Alton Towers. The staff were really really welcoming and friendly throughout the stay. The room was bright clean and tidy and well maintained. The breakfast was a buffet style and there were plenty of options on offer. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we are ever back in the area.'
