'Don’t try to sleep in past 8 am. Apparently it’s completely acceptable for staff to come bang on your hotel room several hours before check out and then just let themselves in. No explanation or anything. Even had the do not disturb sign on the door. I reported the incident to the hotel and got 0 response. We checked out and won’t be back after the uneasy experience.'

'This was a beautiful hotel. We did not realize until too late that check-in times were limited. And we really missed having a fridge in our room. The manager did let us use the fridge in the upstairs lounge but that was shared with another group of people.'

'I would stay here again.'

'Front desk staff was very helpful in answering question about the property and surrounding area!'

'Redelijk hitel.

'Personeel super'

'The hotel is nice, but I booked it specifically for the rooftop, heated, year-round pool. I had confirmed our two rooms the morning of our check-in, and the hotel staff didn't tell me that they had closed the pool. I learned of it upon check-in. We were traveling with two 12-year-old boys and were very disappointed. We didn't use the other amenities and would have stayed somewhere less expensive had we known about the pool, which is advertised front and center on the first page of their ad....

'Rooms old, and a bit noisy but that was expected from such an historical building. Like a museum. Great staff and great location.'
