'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'Me and my wife came here for our 5 year anniversary. Chad, the manager, was so very helpful and even printed out pictures to leave in the room for me to surprise my wife! The employees at the Magnolia were nice and thoughtful including the valet services! The game room had shuffleboard and billiards which we took advantage of multiple times. The restaurant Robie’s was very satisfying including their crab cakes! The dining staff were also very thoughtful and nice. Of course the hotel is antique...

'The restaurant meals were very good and the staff was quick and friendly. The valet staff was always friendly and ready to help. I was surprised to have been charged an extra $25 just to check in early even though the room was clearly ready since I was able to go upstairs right away. I don’t know what the extra $25 was for. The hotel itself was located in a good location so I was pleasantly surprised to be within a realistic walking distance to several tourist attractions.'

'Our stay has been wonderful except for the fact that our room never gets cleaned and the only other complaint is that although it is advertised as handicapped accessible in the bathroom the shower has no grab bars and no seating in the shower. The other drawback on handicapped accessible is the front doors in the lobby have not got one that is easily available for the handicapped.'

'Unión Station is gorgeous. We stayed there for our anniversary to watch the light show and hang out in the grand Hall and have cocktails. There was a wedding that night so they had the entire grand hall blocked off and we were not able to do any of that. The staff were not necessarily friendly and the whole place outside smelled like gas. The rooms were fine, but it just seems over priced.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

Room was in bad shape with stained carpet, broken blinds, peeling paint on ceiling, cracked plaster on walls, and a bathtub that needed work. The toilet leaked from underneath unto the bathroom floor . I would give the main facility a 9, and the room a 3,'

'Spacious room and bathroom! Towels were hard to get replaced once removed during cleaning process. Restaurant & valet staff very friendly with great service. Proximity to Busch stadium excellent!!'

'A very unique artsy hotel. Had a fantastic stay there. The staff were all so kind and helpful. We got a complimentary upgrade to the Suite Room with a full kitchen. Location is perfect, the Commonwealth restaurant and the roof top bar were amazing. Good food, great drinks and amazing views of the city from the bar. Definitely staying here again.'
