'Terrible stay. Hotel under construction. No front lobby. No breakfast. Card key didn’t work. Elevator didn’t work. Reception desk was a plastic folding picnic table. Reception employees were great. NO MANAGER PRESENT. PROBABLY HIDING IN THE BACK! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. NEVER OFFERED ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE MANY INCONVENIENCES. '

'The breakfast menu was nicely varied, tasty, and the buffet area was well stocked and maintained. The coffee was the best buffet coffee I ever had. '

'There were stains on the sheets when I checked in, and the furniture was in horrible condition. There are several thugs hanging out in the parking lot, which made me feel unsafe. I brought these issues up to the office and tried to cancel my reservation, but they would not let me out of the reservation and ended up charging me for one night stay. I did not stay there. '

'Management is deplorable. The property has nice rooms if you can battle with the roaches that crawl all over the place. This property is in a great location but lacks so much from manager. Sad situation. '

'The hot tub was hot but jets didn’t work. There was what appeared to be mold in the ac vents and dust blown on the ceiling above where the vent blew. The ac is very loud. Lots of highway noise. The bathtub wasn’t very clean. The hotel had a run down feel to it. The way the buildings are separated/laid out, we didn’t feel very safe in the hallways at night.'

'Since this is the third Holiday Express with cleanliness and structure issues we will not be booking with them again. This time it was the window shade and framing broken. The shower nozzle was falling off the wall. The elevator was scary and the coffee tasted awful '
