'Room was very clean and close to airport'

'The food takes a very long time to get and is not very good quality. Other than that, it was great'

'The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion.'

'Breakfast is NOT included. The layout for the rooms is very odd. You enter the room through the bathroom. The toilet and shower have separate frosted glass doors also odd. Sliding door to the bedroom area was off the hinges. The glass door swings in and out with tight clearances, a danger for little kids. Very poorly designed layout in my opinion.'

'Bed was comfortable. Shower leaked all over the floor. Air Conditioning quit working in the middle of night. Elevator gave us a scary jolt as we hit the bottom floor.'
