'Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.'

'The property was good and staff was nice. The parking spots are extremely tight bc they are shared with an apartment building. Parking should be free. Also, there should be a free coffee station for guests.'

The room had several minor issues, shower door didn’t stay closed, vanity was missing a leg, power bank on one side of the bed didn’t work, a random ballon was on the ceiling(granted we didn’t notice it one of the staff did while trying to get the power bank to work) bar and restaurant was out of multiple items.'

'Very nicd hotel in downtown Richmond. Close to many good restaurants, and some fast food chains. The property si very clean and the staff is very professinal and courteous. This was just a three-night trip, but I'd come back and stay again at the OMNI.'

We had to go to customer service 4 times to get our own towels, wash clothes and toilet paper.
