'Hotel and rooms are very dated. We had a family suite, furniture is very damaged, dirty and chairs wobble from old age. This simply needs to be renovated. Very unfortunate- nice location. 3 years ago - then a beautiful room. Management acknowledges complaints - does nothing about it. They will renovate next fall. They milk it out until they can. I say- look further'

'Everything was great!!'

'We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. het grote pluspunt is de het mooie terras aan de Intercoastal Waterway. Mooie kamer, vriendelijk personeel en een lekker ontbijt. '

'Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.'

'Clean room no frills, they brought us a microwave which was great!'

'Great staff, room was clean. Nothing negative to say and would return'

'The property was well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The location was just a short walk to the beach, and my balcony provided an amazing view of the ocean. The room had a little musty smell, but I would highly recommend this location to family and friends.'

'Just ok.'

'This hotel on Expedia was misleading. It said "on the beach", but it was across the street. It also was part of Caravell resorts and that was not mentioned. The picture on Expedia is part of the resort that is on the beach, but the St. John's Inn is a 3 story gray building. The only picture that was correct was the room picture. The room smelled of chlorine or some sort of strong cleaner, had flaking paint on the walls, and the bathroom doorknob was not secure. Stay was acceptable, but...
