'Room was beautiful. Dining was awful. Bland food and terrible service. Front desk was not knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Went on the onsite hike and trail was not well marked. Off duty employees said they hadn’t gotten around to the t yet. Very underwhelmed by the resort'

'The unit is renovated, with modern appliances, and bathroom, the bedding is confortable ans overall we really enjoyed our stay there! The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the Gondola and near the shops and restaurants while being just away from the noise.'

'The ownership seemed in transition with policy like free breakfasts being changed. The buffet breakfast was not offered. Room was clean but the auto on lighting in the sink area would come on with any movement. Since there is not a door, we often would be awakened . The person on the front desk was very helpful as was the housekeeper.'

'Jammer dat we hier maar 1 nacht verbleven. Wát een fijn verblijf. Heel kleinschalig en rustig. Fijne jacuzzi, zwembad en ‘s avonds een kampvuur. Genoeg parkeerruimte (voor ons huisje). Zou er zeker terugkomen!'

'After reading all the positive reviews I was expecting a room that was remodeled motel room. It was musty, stains on carpet, old fridge and the door needed painting. The nice thing is once it gets dark, you don't see all the scuffs. The only good thing were the beds and linens. Even the towels and wash cloths needed replacing. I don't think I will return'

'The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner.
