Stunning vacation villa with a private pool and beautiful views. From the large terrace, part of which is covered (naya), you’ll enjoy beautiful views and can fully immerse yourself in nature. There are 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, and 3 bathrooms. Everyone can fully enjoy a wonderful time here on the sunny Costa Blanca. This beautiful detached villa with a private pool (33 m²) is located next to a nature reserve. If you love greenery, tranquility, and privacy, you’ve come to the right place.

First floor: large, long entry hall, side room, large open kitchen with a spacious dining area, air conditioning, and access to the terrace, a very spacious living room with air conditioning and sliding doors leading to the beautiful naya (covered terrace) overlooking the pool with Roman steps, and a terrace area of over 100 m². From the entry hall, a convenient internal staircase leads to the upper floor and the basement. On the upper floor are four bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and three bathrooms. Two bathrooms have shower facilities and a toilet, and one bathroom has a bathtub/shower and a toilet. All bedrooms open onto the upper terrace, which offers beautiful views of Moraira, the hills, and the sea. The basement features a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and a dartboard.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children, for a total of up to 8 people.

The villa is not rented to groups of young people.

Casa Gorriones is located in the Verde Pino neighborhood, a short distance from the famous El Portet beach (a 7-minute drive or 30-minute walk). The Verde Pino area means “Green Pine” because it is surrounded by large green trees. Our south-facing villa is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic noise, next to a green space that provides you with extra privacy.

You’ll have a wide selection of small beaches where snorkeling, swimming, boating, and paddleboarding are among the activities available. You’ll also find a wide variety of supermarkets, a Friday farmers’ market, shops, great restaurants, and idyllic surroundings nearby.
