A little diamond!!!

We have stayed in a few villas, but this one exceeded expectations,the pictures do not do it justice, the outside space is enormous,and the pool large and has beautiful views over moraira and other close villages, use the binoculars provided they are fantastic!!! the beds are all comfortable and clean, gorgeous view of sunrise through master bedroom, both bathrooms have had a recent refurb, TV has every channel in English although we didn't waste any time watching it.Moraira itself has lots of restaurants we are out every night at different venues and all we're of a good standard, and not expensive

Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in dit heerlijke en mooie huis.Je hebt overal, zowel in huis als op het balkon en aan het zwembad, geweldig uitzicht.Het huis is compleet en netjes ingericht. Badkamers waren zelfs pas nieuw. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Good Experience Overall

Very good base for exploring the surrounding area. Outstanding features were the balcony and stunning views, the pool area and laundry room(!). Paula met us on arrival and was very engaging and helpful and also available for queries during the stay. Minor disappointments were the small kitchen, although it is supplemented by an outdoor kitchen, which we did not use; the quality of the bedding was not to our liking and we could have done with more as the amount supplied was not enough for a 2 week stay. We could have washed what was there but didn't want to spend the time washing anything other than "smalls". We could also have done with a written explanation of how to get the TV operating without having to trouble Paula. Finally, it's a windy, very steep in parts road in and out, so not sure we would stay as high up if we come again, despite the stunning views.

A must stay! You will NOT be disappointed

Paula made everything so easy even met us at the property at 1am to take us through how the villa works and to present us the keys (even got us some bread, Milk, jam, butter etc so we could have breakfast in the morning) The villa is exceptional, way be enough for 6 adults and so much space. There is not one thing I can say was missing. The last word must be about the view! It’s amazing looking out over the town of Moraira and the turquoise sea. You have to see it! Thanks for having us Paula! Book this villa you will NOT be disappointed!

Great villa with stunning view

Just returned from 10 days at this villa. Paula was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble and Paula very responsive before and during our stay. Thank you Paula for your help :-) The villa is located high above Moraira. A car is pretty much essential as the roads are very steep. The position of the villa provides a stunning view down to the town and out to the Med. The outside area with the pool and sunbathing areas was large with plenty of room for sun beds. There is a shaded area with sofas and chairs when you need some cover. Supermarkets are 5 mins drive away. There are a couple of bars and a smaller supermarket nearby, but probably still a car journey away in the Summer due to the steepness of the roads. Moraira has plenty of restaurants. The local taxi company we used that Paula recommended was reliable. A taxi is c€10 into the town. A great family holiday, in a lovely villa!

Just returned from our second visit to Pico Bello and loved every minute. Brilliant place to stay, stunning views, everything you could ask for and more. Excellent Villa for Family Holiday

Lovely Villa with amazing views across the town and to the sea. Everything we needed was already in the Villa. Great communication with Paula who looked after us from initial booking right through to checking out. I'd recommend a car, as having those amazing views means you are higher up the hillside.

Fantastic holiday, amazing villa!!

We had a fantastic holiday staying in a beautiful villa. Paula was a fabulous host and responded to any message incredibly quickly. We only had one issue which was resolved quickly. The villa was as described and well equipped for a family of 6 adults. If I’m honest the photos don’t do it justice. I would say you need a car, thankfully we did, as it’s quite hilly. We would love to return, hopefully in the not too distant future. Thanks for everything you did for us Paula.

Fantastic Property

A holiday that was 2 1/2 years in the making thanks to Covid and this property did not disappoint. It was fantastic. Paula, the property manager, is one of the reasons we decided to go with this one as we had dealt with her previously and she is amazing. The pool was great and my daughters (10 & 8) spent most of their time in there. The bedrooms were all great sizes with Air-Con in all of them. Great location for us, in a nice quiet area but only a 10 minute drive into town, a car is a must in my opinion but we did use a local taxi company a few times. If I am being hyper-critical then I would say the only small Con I could think of would be that the kitchen is not the biggest, but you can see that from the pictures, so this does not come as a surprise. Although it is still fully loaded with a kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, cutlery and coffee machine. Overall a great villa to stay at and we will be looking to book again in the future. We had a lovely holiday. The villa is placed high on a hill, which means that there is a really nice breeze. A marvelous view. Nice and clean. 5-10 min. drive to Moraira town which is the closest city. Great host, very helpful.

Fabulous Villa!! Rebooked already for 2023

Absolutely fabulous villa. Been coming to Moraira for 25 years every year and this is the best villa we have ever stayed in. Thank you to Paula for all of her help with our booking as the holiday was halted by Covid. Paula was excellent and answered all my queries immediately. She met us at the property which was lovely and made us really welcome. If you want a villa that’s got a fabulous sea view and is not over looked then this is definitely the place for you!! The only two things I could have done with was an extra saucepan and a sharp kitchen knife but we improvised and dinners were successful. Thank you so much for sharing this stunning villa with us and hopefully we will return every year. We just love Moraira.

Having stayed in many villas previously, this is easily the best! The views are amazing! Such a good location for beach, proximity to town and places to eat. All within 5 minute car ride. Loads of supermarkets close by and the market on a Friday is a must. Paula was the perfect host, easily contactable from booking to leaving and a lovely person. We can’t wait to return.

Perfect view

We had a fabulous time in this house. The view is breathtaking, no need for TV when you can just enjoy the view of Moraira. The pool was excellent, good size and the cleanest water we have seen in a pool. The layout of the house is perfect with the bedrooms in the back and kitchen with its own access to the pool area. We used the Weber grill every evening and perfect space for eating and the possibility to keep an eye over the pool area. The kitchen is well equipped, so we had all our dinner at the house (no restaurant with this sea view). Although we spent most of the time looking out on the surroundings it was also nice to be able to watch on our favorite TV programs using the Chromecast on the large TV in the living room. All rooms equipped with AC was great during the hot days.. Good parking space behind the gates and easy access, should be mentioned that steep steps up to the house. Paula Hilton is a lovely person and keen on the guest’s comfort. Any questions or thoughts, Paula responds quickly and always helpful. We have stayed several times before in other vacation villas, but never got this good service. All our expectations were met and positively surprising. We are very satisfied with our holiday.
