'We stayed in a suite for 5 people. The room was large with very comfortable beds, proper heating for the chilly nights and quiet fan. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The gym was well equipped, as we could view through the window. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to use it. It was the perfect place to stay for 2 nights!'

'Paid for king suite, manager Andre called day of check in and informed me I could not get suite. He gave me king room with no view, said he could not refund difference but would comp a meal at restaurant. Never got meal. Nice hotel, service leaves a lot to be desired.'

'There was a shoe print on the sheets. The bathtub was dirty. There was approximately a 3/8 inch gap between the door and the door frame to the outside which was letting in quite a bit of cold air. We were unable to increase the room temperature The room we were given looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. We will not stay in a Red Roof Inn in the future. '
