'I got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered. '

'It was dirty, everthing you touched was sticking and lits if mold. Bathroom was from the dark ages and mold. Paid too much for this and was ver concerning because of the mold and healthissues.'

'This was by far the best all inclusive I’ve ever stayed at. If you like fresh food that a some Jamaica flair to it you will love this hotel. All of the staff were beyond friendly and would go out of their way for guests. Incredible service. The room was beautiful, updated, luxurious and clean. I typically don’t go to many places more than once but I’ll be back to this hotel. '

The hotel was exactly what you would expect for a relaxed tropical experience. If you are looking for a resort that is antiseptic without any of the local flair then go there. 'I was overwhelmed by the generosity of the owner, Doris, I spent one day there on my arrival in Jamaica, they made me feel so welcomed I decided to spend my last day there as well. Doris was so kind, she even took me to the Knutsford bus free of charge! Wi fi worked in the room as well.'
