« Je faisais une reservation le 31 aout d,une chambre d,hotel dimanche 31 aout pour lundi 1 septembre en voulant transiter par jamaique, il y a un probléme dans le vol. On essaie d,entrer en communication avec l,Hotel et Expedia une heure environ plus tard, pour modifier ou annuler la transaction. Je n,ai trouvè aucune reponse. La transaction a été faite sur ma carte de credit RBC Canada. Voilà, je demande un reimbursement »

« Chambre très spacieuse avec balcon, salle de bain privée, espace cuisinette et sofa. L'hôtel est situé très près de l'aéroport et accessible à pied. »

« Horrible, il n’y avait aucun moyen de les rejoindre pour rentrer dans l’hébergement, ils ne répondaient pas au téléphone, donc je n’es jamais pu prendre possession de la chambre et j’ai dû rebrousser chemin et me trouver autre chose quand tout est loin dans ces environs. »
