'We love this resort! It was our second visit and it is like coming home! The staff is hospitality at the top tier!! So welcoming and friendly! Our butlers were amazing. They kept us updated on the events of the day, which restaurants were available and wanted to do what was needed for us to relax and enjoy. The food at Joia was delicious and good variety. 'Room was very disappointing. Had trash left from the prior guest. The bathroom looked dirty because the tiling I was told is dirty like that. The shower isn't enclosed so you had water flood the whole bathroom. The blanket had holes it it. Breakfast was fine; only two options - nothing special but the staff at the restaurant was the nicest. Front desk not as genuine.'
