« Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less...

« This is a room in Margaritaville hotel. Parking was more expensive than what the description says. Other than that it is conveniently located. It’s a decent place…basic downtown experience. »

« The suite was not clean. There were dirt spots on the floor in the living area and what appeared to be gum on the bathroom floor. The door stop in the bathroom was broken and on the floor. The towel hook behind the bathroom door was missing. The body wash container in the shower was empty. Paint was chipping in the suite. It was the worst resort I have ever stayed at. Plus because it is a Wyndham Club resort they expect you to go to a membership presentation »
