Walkable to Nissan (about 30 minutes), Ubers seemed easier to get from downtown than the west end where we stayed last visit, and generally about 8-15$ depending on the time of day. The place was very clean and big. There is parking on the street and the property had parking as well. There is an elevator which is handy. 'Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying.'

'This place is in an excellent location only half a block off Broadway. However, that means there is no parking included so it cost us $120 extra for three nights of parking a block away. It also means you will be awake until three in the morning on Saturday nights because the bedroom windows face the street, which is directly across from several bars. There is a Taco Bell right under the windows that stays open ultra late, so you hear people talking at all hours of the night. The entire street...

We booked the unit a couple of months before our travel date and noticed the rates dropped significantly as our date approached. Cannot be happy about that. Only downsides were that the heating was very loud with a high pitched sound for which we needed white noise sound to be able to sleep, and we arrived two minutes before the actual check in time, and we could not get in, as the access code was not working yet.'

'The property was clean and fancy. Check in info was shared the day before after an extended check in process. We rented a two bedroom apartment for two couples and had plenty of room. If you are staying on the highway side, bring ear plugs. It would have been nice to be able to turn on the overhead lights in both bedrooms.'
