'The ad said recently renovated and that's exactly what it was!!!!! Kitchen tiles, countertop, appliances, flooring, window treatments along with bathroom tiles and counter also top notch!!!! Balcony was our favorite b/c that's what we love - relaxing overlooking the beautiful beach. The balcony furniture also top notch, very comfortable. 'Our overall summary is that this is a great location, cute unit with nice furniture and comfortable bed, but there needs to be more focus put on cleaning and communication. The online description matches the unit. Modern furniture and the couch was nice to have. We did not receive details for check in or check out, but was able to check in at the hotel. We have stayed at the location in a different unit in the past so knew the basics. We found the cleaning of the unit to need some work. Floors...

'The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and our family. There was a miscommunication with checkin in that there is a physical key and not a key code but the owner quickly resolved it and got us the keys. The pictures accurately reflect the location and the interior. We’ll happily stay again for the conveniences. Thank you! '
