'We had a nice stay at this property, and the host was very kind and accommodating. The location is perfect! The Zócalo is only a few minutes walk away. 'This hotel was great. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Excellent breakfast, beautiful views. The entire vibe is relaxing and wonderful. "I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
