'Friendly staff, possibility to clean your room daily. Had breakfast once, not to bad. Room service oke, but food is oke or not so good, depands what you order. Well our stay was oke, make sure you get a room not at the road. If you are on your way during the day it is a good hotel to stay, standard room. '

Top verblijf!'

'Clean, stylish and really comfortable hotel! The staff is really helpfull and can speak English, but sometimes it took some time to understand each other.'

'Bathroom is to slippy'

'All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner.'

'Swimming pool arctic cold, not possible to swim'

'WiFi is zeer slecht. Ongezellige sfeer. Taxi voor de deur is enige pluspunt. '

'Goede service, goede beveiliging. Vriendelijke personeel. Mooie omgeving.'

'The staff hospitality and service was great but I feel not really comfortable with the room because bugs can get in somewhere. I just left some snacks open for less than 5 minutes and it already covered in ants.'

'All my reviews are by the Rules & Regulations of Expedia. First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE. I FELT UNSAFE. NO INTERNET for few HOURS. NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS. I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL.'

'Nice little hotel close to many food vendors'
