'Clean room and helpful staff'

'Great'

'As mentioned when I was checking out, there always a sewage odor in the bathroom. It was worse in the morning when you entered to take a shower because the bathroom door was closed the whole night. There is no exhaust in the washroom.'

'At the check-in, the credit card machine was not working. They tried my three cards with no success. Finally the check-in person accepted that there was nothing wrong with all my cards. After we moved in our room, we found out that the TV in the room was not working. They tried to fix the TV and eventually gave up and gave us another room. '

'Internet goes out regularly. After waiting for hours on the staff to come by and several calls, they tell me internet is out all together. Next day the same problem. The front desk staff is bored, rude and unhelpful. A Towel-service at the pool would be helpful too, instead of having to go back to your room and use your rooms towels at the pool. The restaurant staff is helpful and polite.'

'The stay was amazing. There are decent hotels for food near by. The stay was overall very convenient. Rana Das at reception is an amazing person. His hospitality is splendid.'
