'Clean room and helpful staff'

After we moved in our room, we found out that the TV in the room was not working. They tried to fix the TV and eventually gave up and gave us another room. '

'Internet goes out regularly. After waiting for hours on the staff to come by and several calls, they tell me internet is out all together. Next day the same problem. The front desk staff is bored, rude and unhelpful. A Towel-service at the pool would be helpful too, instead of having to go back to your room and use your rooms towels at the pool. The restaurant staff is helpful and polite.'
