'Carol runs a beautiful place and always makes us.welcome'

'As we didn’t book direct with the hotel we weren’t allowed to use the pool. We were told we had to pay £12 per day to use the car park despite the website saying it is £10 per night. We asked for some food for the room, this was delivered in a paper bag, even though we’d seen in the corridor trays left out with plates, knives and forks, and sauces. We received “take away” type containers with wooden knives and forks, no sauces. Due to my food intolerances I was very specific about my order, my...

'Really enjoyed our stay at the Grange'

'Goede service, heerlijk ontbijt, super gemakkelijk in- en uitchecken, lieve mensen, fijn bed, alles goed verzorgd'

'I loved the property. It was probably more space than I needed, but great to have a kitchen. Also it was very convenient to the train station and the city center. It was quiet and very comfortable bed.'

'Quebecs is een zeer prettig appartementencomplex op een top locatie in Leeds. Goede eetgelegenheden, musea, cinema, winkelcentra, treinstation, supermarkt om de hoek of op loopafstand. Een aanrader. '

'We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits.'

'Absolutely loved this hotel! Very warm and friendly staff, even gave us a freshly baked cookie. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety and even complimentart à la carte options as well. The HDMI port and mirror heating were very thoughtful!'

'Stunning building. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice touch having cans of still water in the fridge and a little bottle of fresh milk for the coffee and tea. Shower was easy to operate and towels were a generous size. Extractor fan turned on automatically once you are near the bathroom area. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Everything was so fresh and cooked to perfection. Scrambled eggs were delicious and fluffy. Coffee was from a machine that was self operated but it was a...

'As ever great team and accommodation . Price and location excellent. I have used this facility several times for work + and will be back again.'
