'Great stay in Leeds - very central and a few mins walk from the Train Station, into town. We had a one bed apartment and when we arrived there was water, crisps, biscuits, and then they have an honesty bar downstairs - along with free bread and eggs. Kitchen well apointed and comfy sofa/tv in living room. Was a good remote working spot. Bed also comfy. Staff really friendly. highly recommend.'

'The room was not cleaned properly. Large weird stain on shower floor, loads of dust on the racks/closet area. Standing in line for breakfast as there were not enough tables available. Could not leave a small backpack after check-out as they were already “full” according to reception. New hotel but disappointing experience. '

'Excellent location and staff all very friendly and helpful. Check-in process was so simple and quick. Underground car park is ideal and was £18 for 24 hours. Hotel bar (Soap Factory) was very nice and the restaurant looked good. Rooms are nice and would most definitely stay again. '
