'From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. '

'This is a nice, clean hotel within walking distance to the main shopping, eating and bar area. The bed was comfortable, the A/C was excellent and the water pressure was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good choices and filled me up in the morning. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. '

'The hotel is in a great location, within a short walking distance from the river and the main attractions. The room was very nice, clean and spacious with an excellent Wi-Fi connection and nice breakfast served. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the swimming pool offers a good relief from the afternoon heat. But what makes this hotel the best place is the staff. I can’t praise them enough for all the attention and good service they provide. It was one of my best stays and I will definitely stay...
