'Je wordt niet serieus genomen door het personeel, van de 4 dagen hebben we 3 dagen geen wifi gehad. 3× gemeld. Werd niks aan gedaan. Ook werden de handdoeken nooit ververst. Dus 4 dagen dezelfde handdoek gehad!'

'A panzió legtöbb szobájának ablaka a főútvonalra és a vasútra néz, ezért éjjel is nagyon zajos. Nyitott ablaknál nehéz aludni vagy nem lehet. A wifi jelszó nélküli, ezért nem biztonságos. A bútor több évtizedes, szocreál stílusú. A kanapé és a fotelek agyonhasználtak, gödrösek. A más szobákkal közös erkély egyik ajtajához nem tudtak kulcsot adni, ezért nem lehetett bezárni.'

'The receptionist was very welcoming and gave us useful information about walks and transport. The room was compact, and the bathroom a little dated but city was all clean. Even in summer air conditioning was not needed. Free parking and easy walk to restaurants and the train station is 2 minutes walk away. From there you can travel using a day ticket for €7 to any of the stops the High Tatras network. Breakfast was fresh, but quite a lot of meat and egg dishes. Only issue was that we requested...

'The hotel is clean, the aqua park is amazing, staff are friendly. Food is average. The main problem is the air conditioning, which is centrally controlled, making the thermostat in the room a bit useless and always leaving the room a bit warm.'
