'My wife and I enjoyed a week stay with breakfast and dinner included. The food was superb, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was excellent being central to the town. We appreciated the short walk to either gondola station and the ski storage room with boot and glove heaters in our locker. The spa was the perfect place to relax after a full day of skiing. The hotel offered a free reception with wine and appetizers in the bar. We plan to make this an annual trip!'

'We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel in Canazei. It was a bit tricky to get there there through with the hairpin bends but the scenary along the way was a total gem. From here you'll need around 40 mins to Ortisei and 10 mins toQC Therme. The staff was very nice (only the communication via English seems a bit challenging). Everything was good besides the parking situation - we got no parking slot on the day of arrival and the staff certainly couldn't recommend other legal parking possibilities...

'Very nice hotel outside the centre of Ortisei. Thank god they have Milos what a nice and beautiful soul. The hotel shuttle is necessary but also very quick, he has a lot of valuable information about the valley. The accomodation isn`t up to date but that doesnt matter. It is in very good condition and well preserved. Very big room and bathroom. Steambath en sauna are the best, maybe add some flavours...'

'Es befand sich in unserer modernen Ferienwohnung ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und 2 Toiletten, sowie ein Geschirrspüler und alles, was man sich in einer Ferienküche wünscht. Insgesamt positiv anzumerken war auch der Zimmerservice und die allgemeine Sauberkeit. Man konnte den Spa Bereich privat je eine Stunde für das Zimmer reservieren. Das Personal war allgemein sehr freundlich :-)'

'Zeer goed hotel, traditioneel maar met mooi gerenoveerde kamers. In centrum gelegen, maar uitstekende ondergrondse parking (2,40 m hoog). Zeer goed bed. Uitstekende douche. Perfect ontbijt. Goede bar. Mooie welness in kelder, maar geen buitenruimte. Vriendelijk ontvangst. Uitstekend indien op doorreis. Gemakkelijk om te reserveren zonder kaart.'

'We stayed at the hotel in connection with the MilanoCortina 2026 Olympic Games. We have only positive feedback to give: excellent cleanliness, a very good breakfast, and a central location close to both the center of Chiusa and the train station. Marlis (the hotel owner) was incredibly kind and helpful. On a scale from 1 to 10, we would give a strong 10.'
