'Very nice property. Two things to help other guests. 1) Put a lock box at the apartment. Makes getting the key easier . 2) Provide names of local taxi services, as Uber does not work in the St. Christina area.'

'I’m spoiled. This was one of my best experiences ever with VRBO. The place was amazing and the owners were so accommodating.
It helps that one would be hard pressed to find a bad view there. Great experience all around. '

'We really enjoy our time in Ortisei! The listing was exactly as advertised. We even had a small issue and needed to extend the checkout time, which the hosts were gracious enough to extend us to allow for later departure! We did have to buy laundry detergent for the washer and ran low on toilet paper, but everything else was fully stocked, including the kitchen! Would love to be able to come back again and experience a winter in this magical town! '

'I usually don't write reviews but this place is a TOTAL VACATION NIGHTMARE.
1. The contact person DID NOT KNOCK THE DOOR and ENTERED our apt. After we said NO, he still was trying to enter.
2. Due to language barrier, the checkin process was extremely frustrating.
3. the sound insolation is almost none-existent, especially after we communicated to the contact person yet the building entrance door especially shakes our bedroom every time when someone's using it. WE DIDNT REST WELL AT...
