Lodges in Northern Tasmania

'The reception was friendly and helpful and the room excellent, although one of the electric blankets was not working! The breakfast bar was very well appointed. I suggest that the low fence post at the upper edge of the parking area be painted a brighter colour and fitted with a reflector, so that drivers backing into the adjacent parking bay can see it more easily.'

'Arrived at this accomidation late in the evening as we took Spirit of Tasmania so it was only a overnight stay for us. In the korning we were able to admire the beauty of Devonport. Property was right in front of the sea so its perfect for a morning stroll before heading out to explore Tasmania'

'Very shabby for the price'

'I arrived at the property and was unable to access it as I had not been given any codes. Staff at the adjoining restaurant were able to help and I finally got the codes. When I attempted to turn on the television it simply said no signal . Fortunately the bed was very comfortable.'

'De cabin aan het meer is comfortabel en schoon, goede verwarming. De uitrusting van het keuken is onvoldoende: geen borden, geen bestek, eigenlijk niks! Je kunt makkelijk alle kanten op wandelen. Het ontbijt maar zeker ook het restaurant eten is onder de maat, een dikke onvoldoende. Er wordt eigenlijk niet echt gekookt. Behoorlijk glas wijn of koffie verkrijgbaar, relatief duur. '

'On arrival, we checked in with our lovely host and she gave us an upgrade to a cottage because we staying 3 nights! The cottage was lovely, with lots of little touches that made the difference. Very comfortable stay!'
