Small four-legged friends are welcome, but the accommodation must be returned clean and without damage.

-All rooms are served by the entrance hall.
- A large living room with American kitchen, with a large sofa bed, overlooking the terrace.
-Terrace decorated with 10m² with 2 tables (4 pers.)
-Bright and sunny from noon until sunset. (Due west)
-A large spacious room 14m2 at the other end of the apartment, the two rooms have as separation the entrance hall.
-Living room with American kitchen and Smart TV (35m2).
-Bedroom with wardrobe.
-Bathroom with shower.
- Toilet room (WC).
-Private parking space, secure in the basement.
-Local bicycle storage.

TRAVELER ACCESS:
The apartment will be fully allocated to you during your stay.
A beep and a key for the underground parking and the door to it.
An access code for the residence.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS:
Make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Myself or someone I know, always available by phone and if necessary quickly with you.

Possibility to collect guests free of charge at Bayonne train station or at the Côte Basque airport (Bayonne-Anglet-Biarritz).

THE DISTRICT:
Quiet and recent neighborhood.
Downtown but away from traffic.
The municipal police are located in the town hall, opposite the residence.
Many local shops: Carrefour Express, post office, tobacco, bakeries, market, fruit and vegetables, florists, banks, doctors, analysis laboratory, dentist, hairdressers, gym, pharmacy, Sushi shops, pizzeria, Organic store, Restaurant, Burger ... All this on foot.
The market opposite the town hall, visible from the apartment.

TRANSPORT:
Trambus-Basque Country 1 minute walk from the residence for the town centers and beaches of -> Bayonne-> Biarritz-> Anglet
Highway 4-5 minutes by car.
Bayonne train station 5 minutes away. Bus lines serving all points of the BAB agglomeration (Côte Basques - Adour).
Côte Basques Airport about 10-15 minutes.

New: Bike at the top of the large stairs visible from the apartment terrace in front of the residence. (€ 2 for 12 / h with the VÉLIBLEU app).

PASSBASK -> from Bayonne train station (5 mins) to St Sebastien (Spain) for 12 € unlimited for 24 hours. Get off and on unlimitedly in all intermediate stations (St Jean de Luz, Guéthary, Biarritz, Hendaye, Irun ...). Easy connection with the Euskotren in Hendaye which will allow you (still with the PASS) to get to St Sébastien.
