« Good customer service. My only issue are the room dont smell good, bathroom shower not working, bathroom in general is outdated and not so clean. Carpet seem dirty. Need a lot of improvement. »

« The hotel was not clean. My room had a water leak from the ceiling, the room was not clean to a satisfactory standard, and the sheets and towels had a mildew odor. I will not stay here in the future nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. Furthermore, when I was trying to checkout, the front counter was closed. »

« My children and I took a road trip from Tampa to Louisville ky. I really need to stop and let the kids tun wild and I need to rest myself.The hot tub and pool was amazing... The stuff, Bre at the front desk was very helpful. And Rayshawn was the nicest waiter to my kiddos at breakfast. Highly recommend by this mom and kids! Thanks to the beautiful hotel and it's wonderful employees. ❤️ thank you »

« We stayed here on our way to Florida over the 4th of July week. After a long stressful drive we were greeted by a super friendly and helpful front desk clerk by the name of Gabby she made our check in quick and easy. The breakfast was great and Mary the worker that was attending the breakfast area kept everything well stocked and was extremely friendly! It was our first time staying at a Laquinta and we will definitely stay again. »
