'Great breakfast close to major cenote'

'We verbleven vier nachten in een kamer met zeezicht in het preferred club gedeelte. Helaas deed de lift naar de 3?3e verdieping het niet en er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar. Helaas waren de trappen niet van leuningen voorzien, niet echt veilig. Positief: heel groot hotel, maar het voelde niet massaal aan. 'This is a super small hotel with no elevator and tons of stairs. They only have one restaurant and one really small pool. This is not the place for elderly people or people who want to socialize with others.'

'The Spa is fabulous and the staff also. The rooms were very clean, but due to the humidity the floor was always damp.'

'Everything was amazing. If you want to feel “rich” for a while, definitely go here! Lol will definitely go again!'

'“All inclusive meals” were covered with flies and left open for hours long, hallways and common areas had mildue and dirty smell. “Rooftop lounge” chairs were stained and dirty. Bedrooms ac does not work well and showers only run cold. Overall not great experience and photos posted on site are deceiving. Staff was kind but overall experience was not great.'

'Loved the property. It feels like you are right in the jungle. It is a huge property so it took me a few days to get used to it and find my way around. We had the swim up room and it was perfect for us! We had a lovely view as well. Our favorite restaurant was the French restaurant! Had amazing food! We basically went twice to try everything on the menu. The service overall was great. Everyone that works there are super friendly.'
