Historical 3BR Downtown Apartment with Sauna

This Three-Bedroom apartment is located in the historical `Ruuskanen` building in the very heart of downtown Tampere next to the main street of the city. The building was finished in early 1900`s and it is truly a part of Tampere`s history and one of the most famous residential buildings in the city.

The apartment is a 69m2 big Three-Bedroom apartment with a private sauna. You have three separate bedrooms, separate kitchen and a bathroom with private sauna for you to use. There is no actual living room in the apartment, but two of the bedrooms are equipped with sofas (bed sofas) and TVs.

Our guests have access to the whole apartment.

The location is also superb, because you have the Tammerkoski rapids and the main street of the city going next to the apartment. All of the best restaurants, shopping centers and city must visits are right next to you when staying in this apartment.

As the apartment is located in the very center of Tampere downtown and right next to the main street of Tampere, you can easily walk everywhere in the downtown area. If you want to go see the suburbs, that`s also easily done as the bus and tram lines go right next to the property building. The Tampere main railway station and bus stations are also under 5 minutes walk away from the apartment.

We monitor the apartment noise level with a remote controlled decibel meter. Parties are forbidden and the house silence is from 22:00 (10PM) until 8:00 (8AM).
