Superbe maison Waterfront 3/2 avec piscine privée / quai / ascenseur à bateaux et vues incroyables

Cette maison entièrement mise à jour, nouvellement meublée et à concept ouvert, vous fera vous sentir à l'aise tout en profitant de votre séjour à Apollo Beach. Imaginez-vous en train de siroter votre café du matin sur le quai, tout en repérant des dauphins ou des lamantins nageant à proximité! La maison dispose de 3 chambres avec de nouveaux lits, matelas et literie, ainsi qu'un canapé-lit (avec un matelas en gel / mousse à mémoire) dans le salon. Il y a aussi un lit d'air queen-size pour votre commodité.
La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un placard surdimensionné, d'une douche double et d'un accès direct à la piscine avec moustiquaire. La piscine est chauffée par l'énergie solaire. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen, et marche également vers la piscine. La troisième chambre a également un lit queen-size.
La cuisine est bien équipée avec de nouveaux appareils, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine et offre une vue magnifique sur l'eau. Des comptoirs en granit et un grand bar pour le petit-déjeuner permettent à chacun de s'asseoir amplement.
De grandes portes vitrées coulissantes couvrent l'arrière de la maison, offrant une sensation ouverte et aérée à tout moment de la journée. Internet sans fil est fourni, ainsi que des caméras de sécurité extérieures et de nouveaux téléviseurs intelligents dans toute la maison.
L'emplacement est parfait - assez loin de l'agitation de Tampa, mais à seulement quelques minutes en voiture (20 minutes) de la ville incroyable et de tout ce qu'elle offre. Les belles plages de St. Pete, Anna Maria, Siesta Key et bien d'autres ne sont également qu'à un saut, un saut et un saut! Disney, Busch Gardens, Universal et d'innombrables autres attractions peuvent vous occuper autant que vous le souhaitez. Si le golf et la pêche sont plus votre style, alors Apollo Beach est définitivement l'endroit pour vous!
N'hésitez pas à apporter votre propre bateau, kayaks, planches à pagaie, cannes à pêche, etc. Il y a beaucoup de place pour les ranger en toute sécurité dans notre garage 3 voitures!

Stunning villa in a great location.
The pictures don’t do the view out the back justice. We had a fabulous time sitting on the dock watching manatees and dolphins. Neighbour Robert was really helpful and Scott was also on-hand for any concerns. Villa is really well equipped, although we couldn’t find an ironing board. The location is ideal for exploring, we visited Anna Maria Island, Clearwater Tarpon Srings, Downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens. But also had some really enjoyable pool days enjoying some peace and quiet. Just around the corner is Finns Dockside bar and grille with fabulous Sunsets. Only comment is outside furniture has seen better days now, but took nothing away from our vacation and would definitely return.

We stayed for a week over spring break. The house was a little far from the things we wanted to do. The house was the perfect size for what we needed for 5 people. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock and we saw manatees on several different days. The hosts are quick to respond to messages.

Great Vacation Home
My family stayed here for a week. The house had everything we needed. The area was fun to explore. We tried all of the local restaurants. The grocery stores were close to us. We had a problem with the air conditioning when we first got there, but the property manager showed up within 15 minutes and had it fixed for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Solar cover on pool worked great, water temp was mid 80s. Very relaxing. Would stay here again when coming to this area. Many thanks to the hosts.

Very clean and a fun location.
The home spacious and very clean. It is near the park on Tampa Bay which is a great place to walk and enjoy the bay views. The Manatee Viewing Ctr is just up the road and always fun to visit.

Beautiful property & area. Loved watching the Manatees swim by the dock.
Disappointed we had to purchase toilet paper for the week, one would think that would be provided for your stay but only 1 roll in each bath. Master bedroom windows along the side should have a blind to pull down. There was no way to get the curtains to close entirely without leaving a pretty large crack for someone outside to see in directly, and see someone drying outside the shower. We placed a mat on the floor where it was a different level in the kitchen/dine area as it was a bit of a hazard and hard to see the step down, we did trip a couple of times hence the towel. One last thing, we were a little put out by the number of things expected to be done as part of the clean up, eg. strip beds, put out garbage, do laundry etc. thought that's what's covered in the cleaning fee. Despite some of these things we did enjoy our stay,

Wonderful stay
We had a beautiful stay in the property. We had to contact the owners as there was no shade provided by the pool (they had recently removed a shady tree) but the matter was resolved very quickly. The building noise from across the canal was annoying but nothing the owner could have done.

Our family had a blast relaxing and enjoying the pool and fishing in the afternoon and while we did that we were able to see manitees and dolphins. I really enjoyed opening the patio doors to the master bedroom at night and enjoying the quiet neighborhood. The house has everything we needed and we would love to book again!

The Getaway
This place could not have been more perfect for our getaway. We had plenty of space and comfort. Everything was as it was listed and more. We spent quality time on the patio and the deck and enjoyed every minute. Tried our hand at fishing without much luck but did get to see the dolphins playing and some manatee roaming which was super cool. We will definitely be returning to this location next year.

Spring Break to see Grandparent Snow birds
I rented this place because my parents live in a camper for the winter. This gave my family of 5 plenty of room to spend a few quality days with some much needed Grandparent spoiling. My 13 and 11 year old boys loved the fishing rods, even though they didn’t catch a thing. My 6 year old daughter grew gills and swam for hours on end. My 3 year son was just happy to throw toys in the pool. Thank you Stu and Kim for sharing your piece of heaven with us. We would love to come back sometime. (The neighbors are even friendly and introduced themselves!) Amazing memories! Oh and the beds were super comfortable!

House was perfect for our getaway. Very quiet neighborhood. Kids had fun fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. We saw manatees off the dock. The house was perfect and the dock was better than advertised. Our trips to and from downtown Tampa were traffic free. Manatee viewing just 5 minutes away, though was also so one off the dock! Great place even if we ever did anything else.

This is a wonderful vacation rental property! It is well equipped and nicely furnished for all your needs. The owners and property management team are very attentive and communication with them is excellent. It is also located in a great neighborhood.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this home. It is as in the pictures and feels like home. It’s clean, has nice/comfortable furniture, a well-stocked kitchen and a nice outdoor space. We didn’t have one issue in the two weeks we were there. I would recommend this home.

Clean & comfortable - convenient location
This was our 2nd stay. The house is very clean and comfortable. Convenient to anything you want to do. Our only disappointment was the pool temp - which is a typical VRBO issue. When the ads (for most properties) say "solar heat", it means they have a solar cover on the pool and rely on sunshine to heat it. Comfortable pool temps don't happen until April. That said, we would definitely stay again.

Long weekend with family
We loved this place and the online information was very accurate. Questions were answered immediately prior to our stay. This place was so nice and peaceful on the water. We were visiting our children who live nearby but they came and stayed with us. I wish we could have spent all week here. We will come back for sure.
