Check in was easy and the house is very nice. The location was perfect for us to visit family in St. Pete, attend a few spring training games at Steinbrenner Field and Clearwater. It was also an easy drive to Lightening hockey. Plenty of stores in the area and a great local pub nearby (Winners). Thank you Carlos!

There was a person living in the garage and that was not provided on the rental information anywhere. The bed/frame in the smaller bedroom on the back corner is unbelievably loud. You cannot move without making a ton of noise. Also, the amount of cameras around the property is a bit much, I understand the front, but to have them in the backyard around the pool area is little excessive. Felt like there was no privacy .

Everything was excellent. We were disappointed in the weather- but of course our host couldn’t control that. Cold weather meant we did not get to use the lovely pool. Not the fault of the host but a disappointment for us.

We had a wonderful experience overall. The only hiccups were mainly language barrier related I think. It is not clear unless you read the reviews carefully that there is an enclosed garage apartment that is rented. It’s not that this person has access to the house - which is beautiful! It just needs to be clear. Also, the house is absolutely freezing inside - adjusting the thermostat doesn’t make a bit of difference.

Das Haus war super, sauber und bequem, wir hatten uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nur war die Ausstattung war für 5 Personen etwas knapp bemessen. Eine Informationsmappe, für Geräte und Gepflogenheiten wäre von Vorteil gewesen.Den großen Außenbereich mit Outdoorküche sowie den großen Esstisch haben wir sehr genossen. Die Toilette im Poolbereich war von Vorteil. Wir möchten darauf hinweisen das das Haus direkt in der Flugschneise des Flughafens steht.Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt gehabt.

Where do I begin? We arrived at the property late in the evening on our first night and immediately noticed another car in the driveway. After reaching out to the property owner, we learned that the garage had been rented out separately as a studio apartment. This was never mentioned in the listing, and honestly, had we known, we would have chosen a different property. It gave the entire stay an odd, uncomfortable feeling.Inside the house, the temperature was another issue. It was uncomfortably cold, and although we adjusted the thermostat several times, it continually reverted back to the owner’s settings. Not exactly what you want when you’re trying to relax on vacation.On top of that, several remotes had dead batteries. We ended up shuffling batteries between remotes just to use the TVs. The TV in the room next to the studio couldn’t even be used because it wasn’t a smart TV.The pool area was also disappointing. The deck was crawling with ants, making it impossible to sit outside and enjoy a meal. We tried once and were immediately swarmed, which made the pool area essentially unusable. An investment in some bug extermination treatment would work wonders.

Awesome!!!

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful house . The location was perfect, centrally located with several shopping options nearby for convenience. The house itself was stunningly furnished, with a beautiful and clean pool that was perfect for relaxing. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen appliances to household essentials. The communication with the landlord was also excellent, making the whole experience even better. Truly a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish and well-equipped home!

Wouldn't stay here again

It started with spending at least 2 hours on the phone with VRBO trying to get ahold of Carlos in order to secure the code to actually get into the rental. There was another vehicle and possible rental that is out of the garage area of the home, it seemed weird to be sharing a space with someone even if we didn't see them other than to enter/exit cars, without prior notice. The pool area is infested with ants, we spent a lot of time spraying down the area with water to keep them from crawling over our feet. The pool itself is beautiful, however it only runs on the hours the owner has specified so after 6pm the pool jets aren't on. Being on vacation and not being able to turn the pool jets especially with the "hot tub" space was a let down. The air conditioning was also on a timer. You could turn it down but it was automatically going back to 78. We were charged a 500 fee because there were 2 dogs on property for less than 4 hours. Please understand I was NOT trying to sneak animals into this home, nor was I anticipating them to stay for any length of time. I stayed at this place for 4 nights and to find the hours of footage that included something he could charge me for rubs me the wrong way. I did pay the fee, I just wonder how much time was observing my family vacation.

Family Trip

The houses is beautiful, close to the airport, well maintained. Nice kitchens both inside and out, with grill area outside the pool. Plenty of places near buy if you don't want to cook. We will stay here again very peaceful.

Good place and location

The house is as described, clean and a nice pool. My only comment is that there is a garage on site that is converted into an apartment and has other people staying on property. We did not see the other guest however the garage shares a wall with one of the bedrooms. One of the nights of our stay it was very loud until 1 am. I contacted the property owner via the VRBO app regarding the issue and he apologized and said it would be addressed. We didn’t hear or have any other issues during our stay.
