Quiet neighborhood, centrally located to everything!

You are welcome to park in the driveway. We ask you do not park on the street out of respect for our neighbors. Lyfts and Ubers are also easily available.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: This home has a detached 1/1 guest house located on the property, which may also be occupied by guests during your stay. The backyard and pool area is a shared space. You are welcome to inquire with us to see if the 1/1 is available for you to rent with the home for complete privacy during your stay. If bringing pets, they must be leashed at all times.
-- NO SMOKING on the property, inside or out.

-- Only registered guests (6 max) may be on the premises at any time.

-- No more than 3 vehicles at any point. Please leave the left side of the driveway open for the guests staying in the back guesthouse. You are welcome to park in the remaining driveway and street.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, as the backyard is a shared space with the main house. Other guests may have a pet on property, as well. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose, immediately. Thanks so much!

-- The exterior of the property is under complete video surveillance for safety purposes at all times, but privacy is completely respected. Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.
