Quiet, private, cozy and perfect for a couple looking to getaway from it all. 1st floor condo. Everything is included, POOL, FITNESS CENTER, TENNIS COURT, POOL TABLE, RACKET BALL. Full kitchen with all the essential cookware. Close to everything Brandon has to offer. 15 minutes to downtown Tampa. Close to I-75 & I-4. 1 hour from Disney & multiple beaches. 5 minutes from the Mall & movie theater. Walking distance to Brandon Hospital and local library.
Roomy 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in the heart of Brandon. Queen size bed in the bedroom with a queen size futon in the living room. Can sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. Includes pool, fitness center, tennis and racket ball. Centrally located in the heart of Brandon, Within minutes, you can be at Brandon Hospital, the Library, the Mall, AMC Movie Theater, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Top Golf, Bloomingdale Golf Course, Post Office, Bowling Alley, Roller Skating and much much more. Within 1 hour of some of the most recognized beaches in the World. Close to interstate I-75, I-275 & I-4. No pets, no motorcycles and no commercial vehicles.

Stayed for 3 great days

We found everything to be exactly as listed. The condo was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. We had our own screened porch with a nice table and cushioned chairs. There is a community pool, billiard room, gym and a beautiful lake on the grounds. All of these are available to the renters. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. Wd plan to rent here again.

A quiet get away that was wonderful and clean!

Very nice neighborhood and garden like stay. Host was very helpful and the place was so clean. Close to some really great places to eat! Nice! Worth the stay!I had a little trouble at check-in on the "VRBO" end of things. They had not updated the check in instructions or the owner information. When I couldn't open the door, I called the VRBO information for the property and it gave the previous owner's phone and check in instructions. Lovely stay though. Super clean.

Lake Parsons Green

Lake Parsons Green was a great location in Brandon for us. It was close to our children and grandchildren so we could visit with them and still have our own space as needed. Unfortunately, the swimming pool and associated area was closed probably due to the lingering effects of hurricane Milton. Other than that, the unit was a great value, and we would return.

Visiting Family in Area

Stayed for 5 days visiting family. It was perfect for us to come back and relax. Disappointed that the pool was still closed due to hurricane, but we were able to sit outside by the beautiful lake and see the different birds. Conveniently located in Brandon. Very clean and having washer and dryer was great. Managers were very responsive and friendly!!

After a 3 day break

I was away from property from the prior stay for 3 days. I could have stayed elsewhere but this was such a great stay the first time, I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. I was still not disappointed. Thank you to the owners for hosting me. Clean, convenient, and with all the amenities you woud ever need for a wonderful stay. As mentioned in the prior review, I would stay here again, and would recommend you do as well.

Best Vrbo ever.

This by far was my best experience with a rental property. Property manager was there every step of the way. Very easy check-in process. Everything was spotless and organized when I walked through the front door. Everything that you could possibly need was available. Appliances were clean dishes were clean, everything was spotless. Bed was comfortable as was the furniture. Questions were responded to almost immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in the Tampa area. They have earned my repeat business.

My only disappointment was that I thought the screen porch had a view of the lake. We were on the road side. We also needed help to get in, thank goodness a property manager was still there and came over to help us. We did enjoy the apartment, it was very clean and had everything we needed.

This is an older property. it is in a complex so although there is no smoking in this property, others in the complex can be incurred in this unit. The Unit was very clean and the Washer Dryer were very nice and convenient. The Exercise room that we based part of the reason we chose this property was old and the 2 treadmills were either broke or tread slipped so much that it was dangerous to use. The Pickleball/Tennis court was our a good benefit. Location for this property is really conveniently located. Dont stay without going to Moreno's Bakery.
