'Went on a trip with my three adult children, their partners and their babies. Babies were 3 months, 9 months and 20 months. House was perfect - each group had their own private room complete with ensuite. Pool was fabulous and a short walk to the beach. House supplied wagons, umbrellas etc. everything required for a successful beach day. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Our cook provided meals better than any restaurant. We were sorry to leave and would definitely book again.'

'This place is amazing. Sitting on the patio overlooking the bay and ocean is bliss. The interior is very comfortable and gave plenty of space for my family of four (two teenagers) to spread out. This was also easily the CLEANEST VRBO that I’ve ever stayed in. A vey nice touch that cleaners came during our visit. The local hosts were incredibly kind and helpful to plan activities. They arranged for groceries to be delivered to the house upon our arrival - including homemade guacamole and ceviche....

'After reading all the positive reviews, I was pretty disappointed in this property and with the property owner. The positives: Bucerias is a beautiful place that is tourist-friendly without being completely crowded, even during Christmas week. It wasn’t nearly as crowded as Sayulita, but it has a great vibe and charm. 'Photos do not do this property justice. Exquisite views with many terraces. Everything functions fine, perfect for a relaxing stay in a great area. Literally a 10 min beautiful stroll to the beach. Great restaurants nearby. What more can you need. Lourdes was very accommodating and helpful. She made me feel at home giving us a great itinerary before our arrival. 'Great location but was there was two major disappointments: 1. the pool was not heated, which we ended up not using at all because it was so cold and 2. there was a terrible sewage smell throughout the entire property. It was pretty intolerable at first but it got better as we aired out all of the rooms and restrooms. Otherwise, Gerardo was attentive and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible.'

'The location was great. The area is safe. The gate attendants were so nice. Ride the bus/van from the main road down to the beach. Loved the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. Grocery store close by. Loved the pool area. The house could use some updates and deep clean maintenance but overall had everything we needed. Property manager was easy to contact and responsive.'
