Blokhutten in Talkeetna

'Had a wonderful stay at the Dragonfly cabin… well-appointed with everything you might need. Great location with direct access to multi-use trails. Quiet, clean, and cozy. Perfect size for a solo weekend trip. Lovely!'

'The description is accurate. The Chum cabin is right on the creek. The cabin is immaculate and spacious. The sauna was great. The outhouse is clean, and aromatic.'

'Beautiful location.'

'Property was great location, cabin was clean and full of amenities.'

'Wonderful location with great views of Denali and a unique cottage in many ways.Place was clean and accessible. It would be advisable to have more towels, fix the faucet in the kitchen sink that dribbled and leaked in the lower drawers ( made it unusable). No coffee of filters. Showers barely operational but manageable . Low on dishes and Utensils.Overall, it was nice experience and hopefully owners can address these issues so we can come back!'

'Really cute place in a great location. Unfortunately we had bad weather & our flightseeing tour was cancelled, but it was nice spending the cold rainy day inside the cute little cabin. The hot tub & sauna were a great addition too. Wish there was a bathroom upstairs with the bedrooms, and no microwave was a little inconvenient, but overall it was a great stay.'

'This is a wonderful cabin right outside of Talkeetna. The neighborhood is rural and everyone is friendly. The hot tub is a shared community space, and there is a camera on it, which I found uncomfortable, so we chose to not partake in that amenity, but the cabin itself is a perfect cozy getaway, well-kept, and super clean. The hosts are lovely and provided excellent communication before, during, and after our stay! Would absolutely return for the cabin experience again!'

'Property was swarming with mosquitos, you could not stay outside. We had to carry bug spray with us when we went from the cabin to our truck and back again to the cabin. Had to spray around the doors so the mosquitos would not follow us into the cabin or truck. And the WiFi did not work so the was no TV to watch inside. It's a nice secluded are and the cabin was nice inside. I don't know if there is a better time of year to visit this area.It was close to Talkeetna which was where we wanted to be.'
