'Passing time for 3 weeks before my flight. This hotel on the south side of Davao, and i was pleasantly surprised how great and comfortable it is. Clean rooms, good aircon, no in hotel noise. Great bed, pillows, wifi. Even has a comfortable smoking area off to the side of the entrance, that bothers nobody. Staff is great. Cold drinks and snacks sold in lobby, and a perfect well priced restaurant next door. Other stores, western union all within walking distance. There is traffic on the main road...

'We had the executive room. It has a huge balcony and direct access to the pool. However: The room was dirty and very badly maintained. A pity, because this could be a unique and awesome location. My tip to the owners would be to start a "Murder Mystery Dinner" game with stay-over in this venue, as - especially in its current state - would set the perfect mood for it (and it would probably be something quite unique for the Philippines).'
