It has its own ski and sledding hill, and cross-country trail system, so you'll never be short of winter activities. Come summer, you'll be close to wonderful hiking and biking trails, the Tahoe City Golf Course and Commons Beach on the shores of Lake Tahoe (both less than two miles). The Tahoe rim trail runs immediately adjacent to the property
