Conveniently located just 2½ miles east from the heart of Tahoe City and just around the corner from neighborhood 7-11 for those last minute essentials. This two story newly remodeled condo is the perfect spot for your Lake Tahoe vaction. Entering down stairs, you will find the first of two guest bedrooms which has a full over full bunk bed. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. These two rooms share a common bathroom. The Master bedroom has a King bed and its own private bathroom. There is a small deck off of the master bedroom which is accessed by sliding glass doors. Upstairs you enter a sitting room . There is a half bath here as well. The dining room is just off of the sitting area and leads into the well-equipped kitchen. The living room is large with a wood-burning fireplace in a rock surround. There is a deck off of the living room. There is Wifi at the unit. Dollar Hill I Condominiums is a small development nestled in the trees, yet close to North Shore shopping and fine dining. Close to the paved bike paths, hiking and mountain bike trails, plus several Lake Tahoe beaches. During the winter months this vacation rental has easy access and is close to Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley USA ski resorts.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans. Deck and BBQ may not be available during winter months.
