'Best stay imaginable. From the pool and hot tub to being a walk from the lake I could not have chosen a better place for my family and I. The host Adriana made the entire process of our trip so easy and gave us so many amazing recommendations to great restaurants, brewery’s and so much more all so close to the house. We are already talking about booking this stay again next summer! Do not wait until this house is booked do yourself, your friends and your family a favor and BOOK THIS HOUSE...

'Matt is a wonderful and accommodating host. The property is very well maintained, instructions are clear, concise and the amenities are very thoughtful. My wife and I, along with our dogs, traveled from SC for a family event and Matt was extremely responsive and respectful during our entire stay. Backyard is completely fenced in which is a huge plus so we didn’t need to leash our dogs everytime we needed to let them out. Dog poop bags are also conveniently located.Plenty of access points to the...

'The cabin was great. Unfortunately it rained our entire stay. There were two things that need attention. A previous renter left something styrofoam in the freezer which froze to the bottom of the freezer and it was still there when we checked in and there is no broom or vacuum so if you spill something on the floor or track in leaves from outside or dry your hair there is no easy way to clean it up. We would definitely stay again.'

'We had a great week vacation with our family, dogs included. The location on the lake was perfect! All the water toys you could have needed were right there which was such a bonus. The kids also used the pool which was a nice short walk away. Shawn was a fantastic host- easy to communicate with and thought of everything! We had a perfect week!'

'The cabin was very pretty with all wood paneling. The walk down to the dock (shared by all the cabins) was down a pretty steep gravel walk but there was plenty of room to dock our boat on the dock. The boat launch is very close by. The lake is drawn down 7.5 feet at the end of summer, so the dock no longer reached the shore - so the first step is a wet one. But it is probably perfect during the summer. The weather was great and we had a great time. We were thankful that it was dog friendly...

'It was a perfect place with a great host who was the best communicator, always quick to answer a question or make suggestions. Everything was exactly as advertised. We especially loved the game room which was perfect for our teenaged grandchildren. We would definitely recommend without reservation.'

'Great house. Clean, close to town, and well stocked. The house was perfect for our family while we stayed in Honesdale for a family wedding.'
