Nous avons arrivées à 20:00, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de visiter et départ à 7:00 lendemain, un seul désagrément a été d'entendre crier le voisin de chambre et les entendre parler comme s'ils étaient dans notre chambre .

Je me suis foulée la cheville dans le stationnement de l’hôtel sur une plaque de glace. La réceptionniste m’a donné une canne pour m’aider dans mes déplacements et a même offert d’appeler l’ambulance. L’hôtel était très propre et le lit confortable. Seul point faible: les oreillers trop épais.

The property and rooms are unkept. Bathrooms were not properly cleaned. Hair and soap scum was all over the tub. Beds were either significantly high or too low in alignment to the room floors. Dust was on the surface of all room items (i.e. phone, TV., lamps, etc). Carpet was not vacuumed or cleaned. Overall, we were dissatisfied with our stay.

Staff was friendly, but facility is old and run down. Two adults there two nights, and room was not serviced and only towels for one person. Had to get additional towels for second person. Outside door you had to aggressively put your shoulder into it to get the door to open. It would likely be a problem for elderly people or children. Not horrible, but a bit rough for the price.

The window was cracked all the way across in my room. by elevator glass was cracked too. floors and walls were not clean or the bathroom. the furniture looks newer so made thw roomnot completely terrible.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you did got top floor but we do not have rooms with two queen beds on the top floor. We are not always able to accommodate noted requests, but we try our best.

Dirty, staff stole money, rude at desk, double charged me for two nights and would not accept Veterans Discount. People running thru the halls, slamming doors, had to ask for room to be cleaned and nathroom as well. Had to ask frint desk for towels. Two towels for three people. No cable. Burds living in walls.

Cheerful and efficient staff. Made my cat and me feel welcome and at ease. Room was not fancy, but clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Bed very comfortable. Very quiet. A nice discovery right off the Thruway.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet. Did not like that the curtains won't close all the way. The room could not be made dark because the black out curtains were fixed to close partially. The lights outside during the night made out room too bright.

Don’t stay here. You’ve been forewarned. This hotel is old, dirty, dingy, and extremely low quality. We checked into our room and found hair in the beds, the bathroom had not been cleaned, the surfaces had some residue on them. It was disgusting. I was going to check out for a better hotel, but when I bought it to the front desk, she offered to change the room. The second room was 1 step above the first, but not by much. The whole first floor smells like smoke even though this is a smoke free facility. If you don’t care about cleanliness, then this is a great cheap, dirty hotel otherwise, skip the headache.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. Cleaning service was only offered every other day, the hallways were never vacuumed (same french fry on the carpet for 4 days) and the walls were very thin. The staff was generally pleasant but wholly uninterested in anything but the bare minimum. The price was good though.

Was in Syracuse for a concert at JMA Wireless Dome, just needed a basic but clean and convenient place to crash. This was perfect. Left the car in the lot out front and ten minute Uber to downtown, staff was very friendly during check-in/out, room was very clean, hotel was quiet and safe, breakfast looked like nothing special but we weren't choosing this hotel for the breakfast. Met or exceeded all expectations.

We stayed the evening of the Springsteen concert. We enjoyed our stay, however the room had a bad smell of smoke. The room was recently painted, but needs to be aired out for awhile. Otherwise, it was good.

Asked a 100$ deposit. Never experienced this in my whole life and I am 67. Not sure I will be credited back. Will see in a few days. The first room we were given did not have heat and AC. The rad was was almost off the wall. From the outside the building looks abandoned. We took pictures. There is a window without glass and part of it is blocked with plywood! Filthy windows and doors. The 2nd room was ok. The roof at the main entrance was falling apart. The hotel felt creepy! A first for us. Pictures can be provided!
