'The room was clean and spacious. The accommodation does not look neat from the outside. But the room itself is completely fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioning makes a lot of noise. Still a good hotel to stay as a stopover.'

'Stay literally anywhere else. The room was unsafe and the door was literally opened even when “closed.” The open door allowed bugs that came in from the outside. I was immediately greeted by a room that reeked of pet urine and musk. I tried turning on the light switch when I walk into the room, but there is no light that is plugged in/works until you get to almost halfway through the room. The fridge didn’t work. The drawers didn’t work and the smoke alarm beeped the entire trip. I tried getting...

'I was disappointed because the A/C was loud and making a noise. There was also a dehumidifier in the room making noises. We did turn off the A!C off, but then could hear the neighbors. The breakfast was sub~par, there was very little to choose from. Cereal, muffins, fruit and yogurt, With the higher rating this hotel had, we at least, expected eggs'

'Funky shower set up, low pressure water in toilet; fitted sheets did not fit; they slipped off. No freezer in refrigerator. Breakfast not so good -- no fresh fruit, only sweet yogurt, 2 kinds of cereal, no oatmeal, no toaster; nothing really but make-your-own waffles. The room was roomy with comfortable bed. Overall, not as nice a Sleep Inn as the one we stayed in in Middlesboro.'

'Communication was proactive and showed a genuine concern for our comfort during our stay.
There was an error in double booking on the property’s end and they made extra accommodations for us and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
The owner is a very kind person and reached out on a few occasions to ensure we had everything we needed.
The cabin was beautiful, well maintained, and clean, and had great amenities for cooking. We enjoyed the brand new grill outside and also...
