'The suite was fine, but the ad suggests based on the pictures that there is ground floor entrance to the suite and the backyard. This isn’t the case. The access to the suite is an outdoor stairwell and the outdoor eating area advertised in the ad was not really usable as it was directly in front of the house owner’s large window to the backyard. In terms of inside the suite, it was relatively clean, but sparse; there were only 2 coffee cups in the suite, no bottle opener and one of the beds...

'Enjoyed staying here with my family. I have 3 boys and they enjoyed playing at the basketball court on the premises.Check-in had clear instructions and we had a pleasant stay. There were flowers everywhere which added to the property aesthetic.'

'Property was as listed - it is a huge private room with an attached washroom and walk in closet. However they don't list that you ALSO have a patio attached to the bedroom which was nice to sit out on. The room was adequate for our one night stay.'

'Our group enjoyed the stay. Host was open to communication. There was a question of two property damages after the stay, one of which was already there when our group arrived but this was resolved in a timely and appropriate manner and the host was very cooperative. They also made reasonable charges for the minor damage our group incurred. Tip- Make sure to snap a photo if there are any preexisting damages and send to the host to avoid being charged. Overall very satisfied'
