Welcome to "Beach, Please!" your dream vacation home in Holden Beach! This stunning 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is the perfect getaway for large families or groups of friends looking to relax and unwind.
The house has a private pool, outdoor bar, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The home's crowning jewel is the Widows Peak, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the ocean, creating the perfect start to your day.

The first floor is all about fun, featuring a pool table, ping pong table, margarita machine, and wet bar: everything you need for an entertaining evening. The first-floor den also includes a pull-out sofa bed. Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find a spacious open living area and kitchen, ideal for gathering everyone together for family dinners or movie nights.

To make traveling with little ones easier, "Beach, Please!" is equipped with a high chair, pack-n-play, and infant bathtub, ensuring everyone in the family is comfortable and well cared for.

With plenty of outdoor space, you can sunbathe by the pool, or relax on one of the decks after a fun day at the beach. We've also provided a propane grill for cooking up your family's favorite meals, plus an additional full-size fridge in the garage for all your extra food and drinks.

At "Beach, Please!" we take care of all the details, providing linens and bath towels so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your stay. For your days on the sand, we've included beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, and toys, ensuring effortless and fun beach outings.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located at 111 Ocean Blvd W. Approximately a 9 minute walk!

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and driveway. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.

HOUSE RULES:

- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
